How to use WhatsApp for Business

So, activating the digital tool for unorganized and local businesses is so important in the current situation.
1. Create Business Profile
Install “Whatsapp for Business” (It is a different app than normal WhatsApp) on your smartphone. Verify your business mobile number to create an account. Fill your business name category and a good profile picture. Next, Tap more options by hitting the three dots in the top right corner, from there tap on your business name and then tap edit (pencil icon on the top right). Fill out the address, product and services, etc. Enable business timings. Email and social media accounts.
2. Create Catalog Showcase Product and Service
Use Catalog to showcase your product and services. Open the “Whatsapp for Business” go to “Settings” (three dots in the top right corner) Go to “Business Settings“, select catalog (if you are not seeing the catalog in business settings, update your app) Tap on Add images to upload product/service pictures. Provide a name and description for each product, price. You can add product link, sku code, etc, in case you are selling online. Tap Save. You can add multiple products and services in the catalog. Share your products directly from the catalog
3. Automated Messages
Automated Message tools are very helpful for micro and small business owners. This is a great time-saving tool, you can set ready-made messages for the quick reply. Quick replies allow businesses to easily address the frequently asked questions they receive.
Open the “Whatsapp for Business” go to settings (three dots in the top right corner) Go to “Settings” Tap on “Business Settings” Here you can see Messaging tools under this section, there is “Away messages” Top on away messages. Enable the away message and input the messages. Same like this you can also set greeting messages.
4. Organize customers using Labels
Labels are work as sales funnels. You can segment the customers at each level like new customers, pending orders pending payments, paid customers, etc. This helps a businessman to organize the message depends upon each stage of sales.
